Northern Print offered bursaries for three young artists to work in the studio over the last 12 months, giving opportunities to explore, challenge and share ideas about print.
The selected artists - Maura Hawkes, Yuliia Syrenkova and Grace Tonkinson Sharp - were provided access to Northern Print’s studio facilities and the materials and tailored technical support needed for them to develop skills and explore print as the focus of their work.
This exhibition presents some of the work that the artists have been doing during their time in the studio – presenting their ideas, experimental works and test prints as well as completed works.
